Last updated: 4 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website and of our apps, including TapLingo. They are provided by Flying Blind Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 10202016, whose registered office is Unit K2, Trinity Buoy Wharf, London, E14 0JY, England. By using our website or apps you agree to these terms.
1. Our apps
When you download one of our apps from the Apple App Store, your use of it is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (the "Apple EULA"), unless we have supplied a separate licence. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.
You must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, rent or distribute our apps or their content, except where the law allows it regardless of this clause.
2. Intellectual property
All rights in our apps, website, software, artwork, photographs, audio recordings, word lists, names and logos are owned by or licensed to Flying Blind Ltd and are protected by copyright and other laws. The TapLingo and Flying Blind names and logo may not be used without our written permission. © 2026 Flying Blind Ltd. All rights reserved.
3. Accuracy of content
TapLingo is an educational game. We take care over its words, translations and pronunciations, but language is complicated and regional variations exist, so we cannot guarantee that every translation or recording is perfect or suitable for your particular purposes. If you spot a mistake, please tell us.
4. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue our apps and website, or any feature, at any time. We will try to keep the website available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our apps and website are provided "as is", and we are not liable for loss or damage that was not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach, or for business, profit or data losses. Consumers keep their statutory rights.
6. Links to other sites
Our website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use our website or apps means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although consumers may also have the right to bring proceedings in their home country.
